  Without a bridge spanning across the Parana River from Ciudad del Este to Puerto Iguazu, the fastest way to get between the two cities is by passing through Brazil.  This service will take you through the Brazilian city of Foz do Iguacu on the fastest route to Argentina.

The fastest way between the Ciudad del Este airport and the city of Puerto Iguazu in Argentina is to drive through Brazil.  Our driver will be waiting with a sign for your flight to arrive, and then you will drive through the city of Ciudad del Este to the Paraguayan immigration offices where you will be shown the location for processing your documents to depart the country.   Next, you drive across the long Friendship Bridge and stop at the Brazilian passport control.

After completing immigration it is necessary to drive across the Brazilian city of Foz do Iguacu where you will find a second bridge that connects to Puerto Iguazu.  After stopping again to exit Brazil, you cross the bridge and your driver will lead you to the location where you process your documents for entering Argentina.

At this border, our vehicles are permitted to use a special lane which makes the crossing faster than possible for the general public.  Finally, it is a short drive from the border to downtown Puerto Iguazu and you will be dropped at your hotel.

Baggage Allowance:  4 standard sized principal suitcases or backpacks + 4 small carry on items able to fit at your feet if you are a group of 4. If you plan to travel with more luggage than the allowance, then contract the van transfer for 5 passengers instead.

  For 5 – 12 passengers – Private MiniVan – Renault Master, Mercedes Sprinter or similar
