Save time by seeing the Argentine side of the falls on the day you arrive.  This service is ideal if you have limited time in the Iguazu area.

 Private transfers are the best way to maintain social distancing while travelling. Vehicles are kept hygienically clean, and drivers are trained in pandemic protocols. The health of the drivers is monitored daily.

  You don’t speak Portuguese or Spanish, no problem! Your driver will know where you are going a head of time, and will know exactly how to get you across the border quicky and with the least amount of stress on you.

Leave your luggage in the vehicle with the driver while you visit the falls!

  You will be guided through the border on the Brazilian side and the Argentine side by your driver.  They will take you to exactly where you need to go to do the border proceedures, eliminating the guesswork involved when crossing international borders.

  Our vehicles use a special lane at the Argentine border, making the crossing faster than possible for the general public.

Fly into the Foz do Iguacu airport and be transferred directly across the border.  Your driver will be there to guide you through the processes involved with the Brazilian passport control, and then again at the Argentine passport control. After finalizing immigration, you will continue to the Argentine side of the falls where you visit on your own. After you visit the Iguazu Falls, you will meet your driver again and you will continue to your hotel, hostel, or Airbnb in Puerto Iguazu.

1. The gates to the national park open daily at 08:00 am and you need to exit by 18:00 pm.
2. The entrance to the park is located about 1.5 hours from the Foz do Iguacu airport.
3. We recommend that you book this transfer if you arrive at the Foz do Iguacu airport by 11:00 am.
4. If you walk quickly, you can see the falls in around 5 hours in the low season or 7 in high season.
5. To visit the falls at a comfortable pace you need about 6 hours in low season or 7 in high season.
6. If you want to do the Great Adventure (Longer Boat Trip)  located inside the park, calculate an extra 1.5 hours.

  Airport Reception:  Yes!  Your driver will be there waiting with a sign.

  Frequency: You may schedule a pickup if arriving anytime before 11:30am to the IGU airport.  This transfer operates 7 days a week.

  Border Crossings: Your driver will guide you through the process of exiting Brazil and entering Argentina. Our vehicles also use a special tourism lane to cross into Argentina making the crossing faster than possible the general public.  Important – this transfer crosses an international border. It is your responsibility to have the correct documents to complete the immigration processes.

  National Park Entrance Fee:  The entrance to the Argentina side of the falls is not included. Your entrance needs to paid directly to you when you arrive at the National park or you may purchase them in advance here: Argentina Side Entrance Tickets.  Visa and Mastercard are accepted if you purchase your tickets at the park on the day of the service, but if you wish to pay the entrance in cash,  only Argentine Pesos are accepted.

  Guide: No guide accompanies you at the falls.  It is possible to add an English speaking guide to your reservation on the next page.

  Luggage Storage: You may leave your luggage in the car while you visit the falls, but we ask you to lock them and to not leave money and valuables in the car. Take valuables with you into the park or place them in the park’s lockers located at the entrance.

  Pick-up after the falls:  On the day of your transfer, you will set the time and place for your pick up at the falls directly with the driver.

  Puerto Iguazu Eco-tourism Tax:  The city of Puerto Iguazu stops vehicles at a booth when passing through their city on the way back from the national park to charge visitors a small enviromental tax. This tax is not included and is to be paid directly by the passenger directly. It is usually the equivalent of 2 USD per person and can be paid in Argentine pesos, US dollars, or Brazilian reals.

  Drop off Areas:  Locations within the city limits of Puerto Iguazu.

  Pit-Stops: This is a non-stop transfer. Any stops on the way need prior permission (please contact us) or choose one of our pit stops on the following page.

Vehicles

Vehicles are no older than 5 years and are insured against damages to the passenger regardless of whether in Brazil, Argentina, or Paraguay.  Drivers hold credentials from the Sest Senat training school in Foz do Iguaçu.

 For 1 – 4 passengers – Private Sedan – Toyota Corolla, Chevrolet Zafira, Chevrolet Meriva or similar

Baggage Allowance:  4 standard sized principal suitcases or backpacks + 4 small carry on items able to fit at your feet if you are a group of 4. If you plan to travel with more luggage than the allowance, then contract the van transfer for 5 passengers instead.

  For 5 – 12 passengers – Private MiniVan – Renault Master, Mercedes Sprinter or similar

Baggage Allowance:  12 standard sized principal suitcases or backpacks + 15 small carry on items able to fit at your feet if you are a group of 12.  Contact us before booking if you plan to travel with more luggage than the allowance.
