Service Description
From your location within Foz do Iguacu, a private vehicle will collect you and drive directly to the Friendship Bridge which separates Brazil with Paraguay.
On the Brazilian side of the bridge you will park and the driver will show you the offices where you stamp out of Brazil, and then you drive across the bridge to the offices where you stamp into Paraguay.
Once you have completed immigration procedures, you drive through the city of Ciudad del Este to where the AGT Guarani airport is located in Minga Guazú.
Pick-up Time
The Ciudad del Este AGT airport may only be located 35 kilometres (22 miles) from Foz do Iguacu, but with traffic funnelling onto the bridge which joins Brazil and Paraguay and also stopping twice for border procedure on each side of that bridge, it can be a trip of more than 2.5 hours to get there. The border is open 24 hours and there is less traffic early mornings and late nights.
We usually set your pick-up at 4 hours before your flight is due to depart to avoid problems caused by traffic. You will be sent the exact pickup time by email before the day of your departure.
