After you finish your visit to Iguazu Falls, your driver will be waiting to take you to the Puerto Iguazu Airport where you check in for your flight. Transfer Service: Foz do Iguaçu City Location -> Brazilian Immigration -> Argentine Immigration -> Argentine Falls National Park Entrance -> IGR Airport Frequency: You may schedule a transfer for any day of the week with pickup between 07:00 am & 11:30 pm. Border Crossings: Your driver will guide you through the process of exiting Brazil and entering Argentina. Our vehicles also use a special tourism lane to cross into Argentina making the crossing faster than possible the general public. Important – this transfer crosses an international border. It is your responsibility to have the correct documents to complete the immigration processes. Pickup Areas: Locations within the city limits of Foz do Iguacu. If staying at the Belmond Das Cataratas Hotel, there is an extra charge for this service that you can add on the next page. National Park Entrance Fee: The entrance to the falls is not included. Your entrance needs to paid directly by you when you arrive at the National park. Visa and Mastercard are accepted, but if you wish to pay the entrance in cash, only Argentine Pesos are accepted. Guide: No guide accompanies you at the falls. It is possible to add an English speaking guide to your reservation on the next page. Luggage Storage: You may leave your luggage in the car while you visit the falls, but we ask you to lock them and to not leave money and valuables in the car. Take valuables with you into the park or place them in the park’s lockers located at the entrance. Pick up after the falls: On the day of your transfer, you will set the time and place for your pick up after the falls directly with the driver. Pit-Stops: This is a non-stop transfer. Any stops on the way need prior permission (please contact us) or choose a pit-stop on the following page. Puerto Iguazu Eco-tourism Tax: The city of Puerto Iguazu stop vehicles at a booth when passing through their city on the way back from the national park and they charge visitors a small fee. This tax is not included and is to be paid directly by the passenger. It is usually the equivalent of 2 USD per person and can be paid in Argentine pesos, US dollars, or Brazilian reals. Timing Guide – Do you have enough time? Vehicles Vehicles are no older than 5 years and are insured against damages to the passenger regardless of whether in Brazil, Argentina or Paraguay. Drivers hold credentials from the Sest Senat training school in Foz do Iguaçu. For 1 – 4 passengers – Private Sedan – Toyota Corolla, Chevrolet Zafira, Chevrolet Meriva or similar Baggage Allowance: 4 standard sized principal suitcases or backpacks + 4 small carry on items able to fit at your feet if you are a group of 4. If you plan to travel with more luggage than the allowance, then contract the van transfer for 5 passengers instead. For 5 – 12 passengers – Private MiniVan – Renault Master, Mercedes Sprinter or similar Baggage Allowance: 12 standard sized principal suitcases or backpacks + 12 small carry on items able to fit at your feet if you are a group of 12. Once you are picked up from Foz do Iguaçu, your driver will take you to the Argentine border to complete immigration procedures, before driving onwards to the entrance of the Iguazu National Park.
