Transfer from Foz do Iguacu to the Puerto Iguazu Bus Terminal in Argentina

img-5Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Foz do Iguaçu, then transport you across the Argentine border, and onwards to the Puerto Iguazu Bus Terminal.

Frequency: You may schedule a pickup for any time of day or night  – 7 days a week.

Timing: It is best to be at the bus terminal at least 30 minutes before departure. From the Foz do Iguacu city center, the average time to the Puerto Iguazu bus terminal is 1 hour / with above average traffic up to 2 hours / Public Holidays & Major Events up to 3 hours.  We will pick you up 2.5 hours before your bus departure or earlier on public holidays. You will receive the exact pickup time before the day of your transfer. [Wow-Modal-Windows-Pro id=1]

Border Crossings: Your driver will guide you through the process of exiting Brazil and entering Argentina. Our vehicles also use a special tourism lane to cross into Argentina making the crossing faster than possible the general public.

Important – this transfer crosses an international border. It is your responsibility to have the correct documents to complete the immigration processes.

Pickup Areas:  Locations within the city limits of Foz do Iguacu. If staying at the Belmond Das Cataratas Hotel, there is an extra charge for this service that you can add on the next page.

Pit-Stops: This is a non-stop transfer. Any stops on the way need prior permission (please contact us) or choose a pit-stop on the following page.

Vehicles

Vehicles are no older than 5 years,and are insured against damages to the passenger regardless of whether in Brazil, Argentina or Paraguay.  Drivers hold credentials from the Sest Senat training school in Foz do Iguaçu.

For 1 – 4 passengers – Private Sedan – Toyota Corolla, Chevrolet Zafira, Chevrolet Meriva or similar

Baggage Allowance:  4 standard sized principal suitcases or backpacks + 4 small carry on items able to fit at your feet if you are a group of 4. If you plan to travel with more luggage than the allowance, then contract the van transfer for 5 passengers instead.

For 5 – 12 passengers – Private MiniVan – Renault Master, Mercedes Sprinter or similar

Baggage Allowance:  12 standard sized principal suitcases or backpacks + 15 small carry on items able to fit at your feet if you are a group of 12. Contact us before booking if you plan to travel with more luggage than the allowance.
